Follow-up Evaluation of ATCG for the
Purpose of Maintaining
EA MLA Signatory Status

?

In accordance with the decision of the EA MAC Committee dated 1 October 2025, a follow-up evaluation of the Accreditation Body of Montenegro (ATCG) was carried out from 10 to 12 March 2026, with the aim of maintaining its status as a signatory to the EA MLA Agreement.

The evaluation was conducted by a team of peer evaluators composed of:

  • Rolf Straub (AA) – Team Leader,
  • Wolfram Hartmann (DAkkS) – Team Member,
  • Ana Margarida Neto (IPAC) – Team Member.

The focus of the evaluation was on assessing the adequacy of the additional corrective actions implemented by ATCG to address the remaining “open” nonconformities identified during the previous peer evaluation conducted in November 2024. In addition, the effectiveness of all previously implemented corrective actions that led to the closure of other nonconformities was reviewed, as well as ATCG’s handling of the comments provided during the previous peer evaluation.

The evaluation was carried out in accordance with the requirements of document EA-2/02 – EA Procedure for the Evaluation of a National Accreditation Body, through a detailed review of relevant documentation and interviews with the responsible ATCG personnel.

The Accreditation Body of Montenegro takes this opportunity to express its appreciation to the peer evaluation team members for their professional, constructive and highly collegial approach throughout the entire evaluation process.
